Lead time

We require a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice for all custom orders. This gives us plenty of time to plan your order, gather what we need, and make sure we can give it the attention it deserves.

Need something sooner? Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule and are subject to a 20% rush fee. Reach out through our Contact page before submitting an order — the order form won’t accept dates less than 14 days away.

Deposit & payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve your order date and is due within 3 days of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. We accept payment via Square, cash, Venmo, or Cash App. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed by email.

Cancellations & refunds

• More than 7 days before your event: Your deposit is non-refundable, but no additional payment will be due.
• Within 7 days of your event: Your deposit remains non-refundable, and the remaining balance may be due if ingredients, supplies, or preparation for your order have already begun.
• If we have to cancel: You’ll receive a full refund of all payments made, and we’ll do our best to help you find an alternative if possible.

Pickup & delivery

PLocal pickup is available at Tractor Supply in Lillington, NC at a scheduled time. Local delivery is also available for an additional fee based on distance. Enter your delivery address on the order form, and we’ll confirm the fee with your order details.

Allergy disclaimer

Comfort Cravings is a home-based kitchen, and common allergens — including nuts, dairy, egg, gluten, and soy — are present in our space. While I'll always do my best to accommodate allergy requests and dietary needs, I cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens or cross-contact.

If you or the person you’re ordering for has a severe allergy, we recommend ordering from a dedicated allergen-free facility. Your safety comes first.
