Lead time

We require a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice for all custom orders. This gives us time to source ingredients and fit your order into our baking schedule properly.

Need something sooner? Rush orders (under 2 weeks) are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on our current schedule, and typically carry a rush fee. Contact us directly via the Contact page to ask before submitting the order form, since the form itself will not accept a date under 14 days out.

Deposit & payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve your order date, due within 3 days of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. We currently accept payment via cash, Venmo, or Cash App — invoiced individually after we confirm your order details by email.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date: deposit is forfeited, no further charge.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event date: full order balance may still be due, since ingredients are typically already purchased and baking may already be underway.
• If we need to cancel your order (illness, emergency, etc.), your deposit is fully refunded and we'll help you find an alternative if possible.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup is available from our home kitchen at a scheduled time. Local delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance — enter your address on the order form and we'll confirm delivery cost when we follow up.

Allergy disclaimer

Comfort Cravings is a home-based kitchen, and common allergens — including nuts, dairy, egg, gluten, and soy — are present in our space. I'll always do my best to accommodate allergy requests and dietary notes, but I cannot 1000% guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens, since cross-contact is always possible when everything is made in a home kitchen rather than a dedicated allergen-free facility.

If you or the person you're ordering for has a severe allergy, or you're at all hesitant about this for any reason, I'd genuinely recommend not ordering from us — please choose a source you feel fully confident in instead. Your safety comes first.
