How far in advance do I need to order?
We require at least 2 weeks (14 days) notice for all custom orders. Need something quicker? Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule and are subject to a 20% rush fee. Reach out through our Contact page first. The order form won’t accept dates less than 14 days away.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of order confirmation to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. See the full policy on Ordering Info.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Square, cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery, or is it pickup only?
Both! Local pickup is available at Tractor Supply in Lillington, NC at a scheduled time. Local delivery is also available on the weekends for an additional fee based on distance. Enter your address on the order form, and we’ll confirm the delivery fee with your order details.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We'll always do our best to accommodate allergy requests, but we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. If you or the person you’re ordering for has a severe allergy, we recommend ordering from a dedicated allergen-free facility Please read our full allergy disclaimer before ordering.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Our minimum order is 12 cakesicles per order. You’re welcome to order more, because somehow a dozen disappears faster than you’d think.
Can I request custom flavors, colors, or a specific theme?
Absolutely! That’s a big part of what we do. Use the order form to tell us your flavor, colors, theme, and design inspiration, and we’ll work out the details with you before your order is confirmed.
Is everything made from scratch?
Yes! Our cakesicles are baked from scratch in small batches, hand-dipped, and decorated by hand right here in our home-based cottage bakery. No mass production! Just a whole lot of chocolate and probably a mess in the kitchen.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations more than 7 days before your event will forfeit the non-refundable deposit, but no further payment will be due. Cancellations within 7 days may require payment of the remaining balance if ingredients, supplies, or preparation for your order have already begun. Full details on Ordering Info.
Where are you located? Do you have a storefront?
We're a home-based bakery in Lillington, NC, so we do not have a public storefront.
