Comfort Cravings started with a simple love for making something sweet and seeing people genuinely enjoy it. What started as baking for friends and family slowly became “you should sell these”... so, eventually, I listened.
I'm a small home-based bakery in Lillington, NC, making treats from scratch in small batches. Right now, cakesicles are my thing, but I'm always experimenting with what might make its way onto the menu next.

Hi! I'm Breanna, the owner and slightly chaotic brain behind Comfort Cravings.
If you ask me what sparked this business, the honest answer is probably my ADHD brain colliding head-on with my business brain. I love creating things, I love learning new skills, and once I get excited about an idea... well, there's a pretty good chance I'm already researching supplies before I've finished my coffee.
Comfort Cravings may be new, but feeding people isn’t. When I lived overseas, I got into the habit of making dinner or treats about once a week for my military friends. Sometimes it was a full meal, sometimes it was that sweet treat, but I loved having an excuse to feed a bunch of people and seeing what disappeared first. That love for feeding people followed me home and eventually found its way into Comfort Cravings.
The business itself started with baking and decorating treats for the people around me. After completing my first large cakesicle order for a friend and seeing how much joy something handmade could bring, I knew I wanted to keep going. Every order since has been another chance to create something that tastes good, looks good, and feels like it was made specifically for the person receiving it.
I'm a home-based cottage food baker with a soft spot for cozy desserts, Southern charm, and little details that make people smile. Cakesicles are where we’re starting, but if you know anything about me by now, you know my brain is already dreaming up what comes next. For better or worse.
At the heart of Comfort Cravings, though, it’s still the same thing I’ve always loved: making good food for people and watching them enjoy it.
